Catalyst was engaged as the client-side project manager and contract Superintendent. Catalyst was responsible for contract negotiations and principal contractor engagement.

Throughout the course of the project, Catalyst acted as the contract superintendent, attending to tasks including but not limited to design change

management, receipt and responses to EOTs, and assessment and certification of progress claims, despite a QS being engaged by the financier.

Demolition and early works commenced in early September 2018 and construction was completed in 2019.
