Catalyst Project Consulting have been appointed by Thirdi Group to provide client side Project Management Services for their exciting new Project, the Eaton Apartments Development in Wickham.

The Properties are 7 Union Street, 13 and 15 Railway Street Wickham located at the very centre of a hive of developer activity stimulated by the release of the Wickham Master Plan at Newcastle’s trendy West End directly opposite the new Wickham Transport Interchange and associated amenities.

This 13 storey, 7215m² mixed use development incorporates:

  • 114 Residential units, including specialised Disability Apartments
  • 240m² Ground Floor Commercial
  • 110 onsite Carparks
