Catalyst Project Consulting has been engaged by Singlost Pty Limited to undertake the project management of the refurbishment of 164 Hunter Street, located in Newcastle’s Hunter Street Mall.
The building is expected to provide for high quality ground floor retail space with the addition of serviced apartments or large floor plate office space on levels 1 and 2.
Investigations will be made to consider the possible addition of further floors to the building, which could provide residential dwellings with external common property areas.
We will be coordinating consultants during the design development process, and will be building a comprehensive feasibility and business case prior to DA Submission.
Catalyst is happy to be a part of another iconic restoration in the Hunter Street Mall, the 164 Hunter Street project lies adjacent to our recently completed restoration at 152 Hunter Street.
